Adira issue another bond IDR1.5 trio

JAKARTA: PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk's subsidiary in financing industry, intend to issue another bond this year with minimum amountIDR1.5 trillion.

Based on a source knowing the matter, the company already picks four lead underwriters to handle the bond issuance. Namely PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Standard Chartered Securities Indonesia, and PT Indo Premier Securities.

Adira Finance President Director Stanley Setia Atmadja affirms the info when confirmed yesterday. "We are currently exploring the possibility to issue in 4th quarter," said him.

Myoh into mining and coal sector

JAKARTA: PT Myoh Technology Tbk, a hotel industry's information technology developer listed company, intend to change its main business into mining and coal in a way acquire US$2 million-capitalized PT Sims Jaya Kaltim.

The intention to buy the South Korean-based Samtan Co Ltd subsidiary is showed in the company's information disclosure yesterday. The data also showed Myoh fund to realize the plan is from the rights issue they already planned before.

But the disclosure do not contain any information related to amount of fund which intend to gathered or the acquisition value. Data showed in internet showed Samtan is a shareholder of PT Kideco Jaya Agung with 49% composition, which shared with PT Indika Energy Tbk.

Clipan Finance issue IDR1.08 trio rights and warrants

JAKARTA: PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk, one of the Panin Group multi finance company owned by Mu'min Ali Gunawan, intends to held V/2011 rights issue and issuance of V/2011 warrants with total worth IDR1.08 trillion.

In the company announcement yesterday in the newspaper that shows the company's fund that will gathered on the rights issue and the warrants issuance action will be used for financing working capital.

Rights issue means the issue of new shares with pre-emptive rights, with a total of 1.17 billion new shares coded CFIN with IDR250 nominal and IDR500 price and with a target fund IDR585.74 billion.

BUMI will hand over BRMS

JAKARTA: Giant coal emitters owned by Bakrie Family Group, PT Bumi Resources Tbk, declare their intentions to hand over shares of its subsidiary: PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk.

The matter was disclosed in their official letter to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX/Bursa Efek Indonesia) last night, related to their extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM/RUPSLB)'s agenda.

Bumi Resources Director & Corporate Secretary Dileep Srivastava in the statement didn't explain more details about the disbursement, including the cause, the amount of shares that will sold, or the relation with the Vallar Plc (Bumi Plc) intention to take over Bumi Minerals.

JAKARTA: Indonesia pegged for seventh position of the 10 largest rubber consuming country in the world last year, conducted on the International Rubber Study Group's research which headquartered in Singapore.

As Bloomberg reported this afternoon, Indonesia position booked also with the level of consumption as much as 421,000 metric tons, above South Korea and Brazil who are in positions ninth and tenth. South Koreans consume as much as 384,000 metric tons of rubber, while Brazil as much as 374,000 metric tons.

But after all, its just a remake from South Korean version that claimed as all-time-biggest Korean comedy from its gross revenue, adapted from a true story posted in blog written by Ho-sik Kim called 'Yeopgijeogin geunyeo', later adapted into a novel.
