Mansek's Kartika moved to IIF

JAKARTA: One of PT Mandiri Sekuritas (Mansek) director, Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, move to PT Indonesia Infrastructure Fund (IIF) and become the president director of the SOE finance company.

His position will replace by former PT RBS Asia Securities Indonesia president director Laksono Boyke Widodo.

One executives who know the matter said Kartika resignation from Mansek and appointment to become the highest position in IIF already set up on September 5th and will assist the other director in IIF, Bibin Busono, former director of PT Tanah Laut Tbk (formerly PT Indoexchange Tbk).

JAKARTA: Reksa dana Mega Dana Obligasi Dua, a fixed income mutual fund which managed by PT Mega Capital Investama, seeks total asset under management until IDR100 billion until this end of the year.

Mega Capital Investama Associate Director Grace Wiragesang said the fund which nicknamed as Medali 2 have a uniqueness caused by return growth that reached 15.3% in the last 12 months.

Gamala, Delta Dunia new corsec passed away

JAKARTA: Gamala Virasa Katoppo, 42, a new corporate secretary of coal mining contractor PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, passed away on Tuesday afternoon on assumed-heart burn.

His body have stayed on the grief house in Jl Kemang Timur 4W Jakarta Selatan and cremated this Friday in Oasis, Tangerang.

Yura Katoppo, eldest brother of Gamala, said the departed was found unconscious at his house between 13.00--17.00 after he was checked by SOS Medika Hospital, Cipete, South Jakarta, in the late morning at 01.00 because a heart burn suspicion.

Truba's Gamala move to Delta Dunia

JAKARTA: Gamala Virasa Katoppo, former corporate secretary engineering-construction listed company PT Truba Alam Manunggal Tbk, will join PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk as corporate secretary.

The matter was explained by Gamala himself, confirming the Truba announcement in the newspaper this morning that shows his ex-corporate secretary position will be filled by Kristono Wardhana.

The announcement is held to comply the rule of Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan (Bapepam-LK/Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency) No.IX.I.4 about The Forming of Corporate Secretary.

MNC Securities appoint Panin Sekuritas as their bond's underwriter

JAKARTA: PT MNC Securities, MNC Group securities company, appoint PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk as their II/2011 IDR300 billion bond's lead underwriter, that will be offered today.

MNC Securities Director & Corporate Secretary Susy Meilina confirm the capital market rumors. She also said the issuance documentation has been given to Bapepam-LK and they now still wait for pre-effective statement from the capital market authority to continue the offering phase.

Similar with the latest Ministry of Finance's officials inauguration, Gonthor Ryantori Azis appointed as a new Services Sector Company Financial Assessment Bureau Head of Bapepam-LK today. He was replacing M. Noor Rachman that has been picked as a new Securities Transaction and Institution Bureau Head.

Previously, Gonthor served in Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) as International Relationship Expert Staff, which stands as echelon II, just a level below the Bapepam chairperson which is stood on echelon I level in the Ministry of Finance circle.

Rest in peace, our beloved friend Mr Dian Abdul Hakim, PT Kim Eng Securities Fixed Income Analyst, today at RS Pelni Petamburan on around 13:30.

His remains will be taken to mourning house in Jl Patra Tomang III#51, Tanjung Duren, on 17:00.

Known with his patience in every encounter. First knew him when he served as PT Trimegah Securities Tbk fixed income analyst back in 2008. Previously, he worked as Dana Pensiun BNI investment analyst since 2004--2005.

In remembrance of Pak Dian and his love for the capital market, especially for his patience to introduce me to debt capital market, may his soul is in peace on heaven.

JAKARTA: Susy Meilina, a former PT UOB Kay Hian Securities Director, appointed to become PT MNC Securities (previous name was PT Bhakti Securities) Corporate Secretary, in addition for being one of its director.
