Truba's investor reduce the portion of its shares

JAKARTA: A shareholder of PT Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering Tbk, Indo Infrastructure Group Pte Ltd, reduce the portion of ownership in the stock issuer from 14.72% to 12.77%.

Based on the information disclosure of the company to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX/Bursa Efek Indonesia) today Truba President Director Sidarta Sidik said Indo Infrastructure sell some of its shares or as many as 306.79 million shares to two another Truba investors.

The investors are BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC and Credit Suisse Europe Ltd Prime Brokereage.

"Indo Infrastructure sold as many as 231.69 million shares representing 1.47% [share of ownership] to BNP Paribas Arbitrage," said Sidarta in the information disclosure today.

He also explained that investors remove as many as 75.1 million shares or 0.48% of all shares that have been listed on the stock to Credit Suisse. Truba shares listed in the stock market since October 2006.

After the transaction, the Indo Infrastructure finally have the remaining Truba shares as much as 2.01 billion shares, or with a portion of 12.77%.

Beside Indo Infrastructure, that incorporated in Singapore, and the portion of public ownership, another Truba shareholders are PT Alam Manunggal as much as 10.22% and PT Mandala Kapital.

The price of TRUB coded shares was corrected by 1.81% or equal to IDR1 to IDR84 level this afternoon and establish its market capitalization amounted to IDR1.32 trillion.
