Danamon change directors
JAKARTA: PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a listed private bank owned by Singapore-based Temasek Holdings, intend to change their board of director.
The matter was concluded from the company's announcement in Indonesia Central Securities Depository (PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) website in this weekend. The announcement related to extraordinary general meeting of shareholder (EGM/RUPLB) agenda.
The company, led by Ho Hon Cheong, intend to held EGM on October 27th. Their shares are coded BDMN in the stock market.
Temasek, Singapore government investment company, owns Bank Danamon through Asia Financial Indonesia Private Limited with ownership of 67.37%. The other shareholders consist of JPMCB-Franklin Templeton Investment Funds 5.75%, Ho Hon Cheong 0.02%, Herry Hykmanto 0.01%, Vera Eve Lim 0.06%, Fransiska Oei Lan Siem 0.01%, and Michellina Laksmi Triwardhanny 0.01%.
The others are Khoe Minhari Handikusuma 0.01%, Ng Kee Choe 0.001%, Muliadi Rahardja 0.07%, Ali Rukmijah 0.06%, Kanchan Keshav Nijasure 0.01%, Pradip Chhadva 0.01%, Satinder Pal Singh Ahluwalia 0.01%, and public 26.88%.
The company owns three non-bank finance company namely motorcycle-car finance listed company PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, electronic-computer-furniture finance company PT Adira Quantum Multifinance, and insurance company PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika.
