SMF will issue max IDR1.2 trio bond
JAKARTA: PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) will issue maximum IDR1.2 trillion bond, divided into conventional bond and medium term notes (MTN).
SMF Corporate Secretary Sony Wisaksono Nugroho said they already appoint PT Danareksa Sekuritas as their IV/2011 bond issuance plan, amounted to IDR500 billion-800 billion. The MTN that will mature only in 360 days is amounted to IDR200 billion--400 billion.
He said the issuance document of the 3 and 5 years bond already submitted to PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) to get the preliminary listing contract from the bourse authority.
"Now its [document] already submitted to BEI, and we expect the offering will takes time in 1st quarter in 2011," he told Bisnis yesterday afternoon.
SMF Director Sutomo added the MTN will used to refinance its credit lending that already given to sharia unit of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) amounted to IDR200 billion.
