ABDA will raise IDR106.91 bio from rights issue
JAKARTA: PT Asuransi Bina Dana Artha Tbk tapped a rights issue price at IDR310 level that formed its fund will raised IDR106.91 billion.
The company will issue 344.89 million B series shares nominally IDR300. For each four shares holder have five rights that will issued by the listed insurance company, which shares coded ABDA.
Based on their rights issue prospectus, that published yesterday, the management that commandeered by Dody Sjachroerodly plan to use 80% of the rights issue fund to increase their capital to fulfill solvency level (risk based capital/RBC).
As for the remaining 10% respectively will be used to purchase new branch offices and repair the information technology systems.
Their rights issue standby buyers is PT Surya Milenia Graha. The company also remind that the investors' shares portion that won't execute their rights will be reduced until maximum 44% from previous portion.
The company also already pick a date to held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) to permit the rights issue plan, which been set on March 30th. They also predict the rights can be distribute start from April 13th and can be traded on April 14th.
