Mandiri Sekuritas obtained 3 underwriting mandates
JAKARTA: PT Mandiri Sekuritas took over 3 potential listed company with emission worth IDR4 trillion--5 trio this year.
Mandiri Sekuritas Investment Banking Director Iman Rachman said they already obtained mandate from future emitters which will listed their shares in 1st semester or 2nd semester.
"One of the prospective emitters will raised IDR300 billion--400 bio fund, while the other two companies worth IDR2 trio each," said him to the press yesterday.
Nonetheless, he can not explain the companies identity or even their sectors due to their agreement with the companies that intend to obtain funds from capital market.
Nowadays, the PT Bank Mandiri Tbk subsidiary is in a process in offering PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk shares with PT OSK Nusadana Securities Indonesia with emission IDR322.5 billion—408.5 bio.
This year, the securities company have underwrite PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk IPO which majority shares unsold and they have to excess the remaining.
Based on Bisnis record, one of the future emitters that already appoint Mandiri Sekuritas as their joint lead underwriter is PT Salim Ivomas Pratama, one of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk subsidiary.
