LPEI picks Danareksa, Trimegah, and Indo Premier
JAKARTA: Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (LPEI/Indonesia Exim Bank) picks three investment bank house as their II/2011 bond lead underwriters.
Several capital markets participant said the securities company are PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Trimegah Securities Tbk, and PT Indo Premier Securities.
Several capital market participant said the company intend to use 2ndQ/2011 financial statement, that can be guess that the company still have time until the end of the year to issue the fixed income securities.
The company that commandeered by Mahendra Siregar also have appointed PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia and Standard & Poor's as their rating companies.
