Susy Meilina appoint as MNC Securities Corporate Secretary

JAKARTA: Susy Meilina, a former PT UOB Kay Hian Securities Director, appointed to become PT MNC Securities (previous name was PT Bhakti Securities) Corporate Secretary, in addition for being one of its director.

The announcement was published in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX/Bursa Efek Indonesia/BEI) information disclosure yesterday. The disclosure was written by MNC Securities President Director Wito Mailoa.

MNC Securities it owned by PT Bhakti Capital Indonesia Tbk with 99.99% shares, while the rest is owned by PT Bhakti Investama Tbk employee cooperation 0.001%. The company's supervised by Bambang Hari Iswanto Tanoesoedibjo (Hari Tanoe) as their president commissioner. Its also explain the company's synergy with MNC Group as group's capital market accomplice.

Susy was also a former candidate director of IDX director election in 2009. She was nominated as finance and human resources director along with I Made Rugeh Ramia package.

Rugeh was PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk President Director, who brings 'the challenger package' namely PT Reliance Securities Tbk VP Director Hosea Nicky Hogan and Bhakti Securities President Director (when the election held in 2010) A. Wishnu Handoyono. Now, Wishnu became MNC Securities commissioner.

The other candidate from the package was former PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) Director Achmad Zaky Hamid, and IDX Transaction Monitoring Division Head Hamdi Hassyarbaini.

The nominate director package was challange the other package which are still serving as director in the IDX, and win the election that makes the other package serving as board as director right now.
