Truba's Gamala move to Delta Dunia
JAKARTA: Gamala Virasa Katoppo, former corporate secretary engineering-construction listed company PT Truba Alam Manunggal Tbk, will join PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk as corporate secretary.
The matter was explained by Gamala himself, confirming the Truba announcement in the newspaper this morning that shows his ex-corporate secretary position will be filled by Kristono Wardhana.
The announcement is held to comply the rule of Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan (Bapepam-LK/Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency) No.IX.I.4 about The Forming of Corporate Secretary.
“I will be in Delta Dunia, the announcement will be delivered later, the position still the same as corporate secretary,” said him when called to his cellphone this morning.
Delta Dunia, which shares coded DOID, is a listed company that also acted as a holding company to an open-cut coal mining services to coal producers in Indonesia. The stock emitters is commandeered by Hagianto Kumala.
Formerly, Gamala is a Corporate Research & Information officer in PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, an oil and gas service provider listed company which shares coded MEDC.
Truba Alam Manunggal, led by Sidarta Sidik as president director and Richard Harjani as the president commissioner, booked net profit IDR1.77 bio in 1stQ/2011, supported by other revenue. The profit is turned from net loss IDR14.4 bio in the first 3 month last year.
The TRUB shares-coded company asset is recorded IDR6.17 trio on the end of March, declining 3.59% from 1stQ/2010.
Truba sharesowner in first quarter consist of PT Mandala Kapital 27.97%, Indo Infrastructure Group Pte Ltd 9.52%, PT Alam Manunggal sebesar 10.21%, and public 52.3%.
