Agis rights issue and warrant is not clear
JAKARTA: Home electronic appliances trader PT Agis Tbk postponed their rights issue and warrant III issuance period from February 25th, but the company haven't assure the time extension.
In the information disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX/Bursa Efek Indonesia/BEI) yesterday, Agis Corporate Secretary Poernomo Adjie only said that the company void their previous announcement that showed that they committed to finish the process in February 25th.
He said company which shares coded TMPI will submit another announcement about the rights issue period later.
The emitter's shareholders until September 2010 are OCBC Securities Private Limited 12.03%, ABN Amro Bank NV Singapore Branch S/A ACC 7.93%, and public 80.05%.
