Amstelco rise rights issue from IDR3.6 trio to IDR5.1 trio
JAKARTA: PT Amstelco Indonesia Tbk (previously named PT Indocitra Finance Tbk) increase fund targeted on rights issue from IDR3.6 trillion into IDR5.1 trio.
The increasing numbers also make the rights issue execution postponed from previously rights after February 28th into the next days, after the next extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) held.
Amstelco Indonesia President Director Yayah Diasmono said the approval for the increasing numbers cause the postponed several agenda that will be asked on EGM that held today.
The postpeoned formed February 28th EGM agenda only insist of approval for director-commissioner, and the company's capital on the article of company (anggaran dasar). Hence, the agenda consist on the next EGM are rights issue, and the usage of fund raised in rights issue.
