Prasidha merge Aneka Sumber Alam and Lampung Pelleting
JAKARTA: PT Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk will merge with their two subsidiary, PT Aneka Sumber Kencana and PT Lampung Sumber Kencana Pelleting Factory. The matter was mention on the listed company's information disclosure in newspaper today.
Based on the information, the merger will make Prasidha which have asset IDR414.61 billion melting with IDR17.13 bio Aneka Sumber Kencana asset and IDR3.81 bio Lampung Pelleting asset.
Prasidha and their subsidiaries are process and trade agricultural commodities companies such as coffee. They also have three business segments namely plantation, commodities, and food. The company is commandeered by Jeffry Sanusi Soedargo. They listed their shares in the stock market since October 18th 1994.
Several source int he internet showed that the company used to know as PT Aneka Bumi Asih that founded since 1974 which headquartered in Palembang, South Sumatra. Now, their operational activities include Jawa, Bali, and Sumatra.
Prasidha Group itself claimed was founded in 1984 by Oesman Soedargo, Mansjur Tandiono, the late Haji Mahmud Uding, and late I Gede Subratha.
