Pembangunan Perumahan issue IDR100 bio MTN
JAKARTA: PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk issue another XII/2011 medium term notes (MTN) worth IDR100 billion, after the last time issuance in June 2010.
In the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) website today shows the company that commandeered by Mushanif is helped by PT Mandiri Sekuritas as an issuance arranger.
The MTN tenured until August 28th 2012, and couponed 10.5% per annum. The coupon will distribute to its holder in every month.
The last time MTN issuance by the PTPP coded shares emitters is on June 2010. The XI/2010 MTN also couponed 10.5% and will mature in 2012.
Company shares closed stagnant at the level of IDR580 and establish its market capitalization amounted to IDR2.8 trillion. The price dropped dramatically since September 17th last year that reach the top position at the level of IDR1,000, which gradually decreased to the today level.
