Perumnas issue IDR70 bio MTNs

JAKARTA: Housing developer state owned enterprise (SOE) Perum Perumnas issued IV/2011 medium term notes (MTN) totaled IDR70 billion today.

The matter published on Indonesia Central Securities Depository (PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) website today. The data also showed that the state owned enterprise (SOE) issued the MTN into two tranches.

A tranche issued worth IDR50 billion and burdened 13.5% coupon per annum due May 22th 2012. B tranche issued in IDR20 bio with 13.75% coupon due to August 22th 2012.

Previously, the house developer company already issue III/2010 MTN C tranche worth IDR30 bio on Desember 21th that will mature in March 2012. MTN coupon charged 14% per annum will paid every 3 months.

The company also already issue II/2010/B MTN worth IDR30 bio, which issued on November 2nd. The B tranches couponed 14%.
